1. The verification system validates each component of the value chain.

2. The measurement system calculates the environmental impacts within four indicators: carbon footprint, water footprint, eutrophication, and waste.

3. Finally, the evaluation system scores on the degree of environmental, social, and ethical efficiency and classifies it by the following degrees of conduct: high, advanced, and honors.
